Heath started playing baseball in the North East in 1990 with the Porepunkah Panthers where you will still find him. He is passionate about baseball and the North East area. Heath finds that being involved at the junior levels with coaching is so rewarding and being part of a great association board is an honour, particularly with the direction the league is heading in regarding junior development.

Steph has taken the role of Secretary for the fourth term running. Extremely efficient in ensuring that all clubs are well versed in all matters that NEBA are focusing on make Steph the right person for this role. Steph has been a member of NEBA on and off for over 30 years growing up around the sport from an early age you could say that the Albury Bears Baseball Club is part of Steph’s genetic makeup.

Most will know Sue from her involvement around NEBA over the past 42 years – and if you haven’t met her, you’ve heard her and her loud barracking voice!

Sue’s love of the game and the people never ends, she especially enjoys watching the little ones come up through the ranks. Sue finds it heart warming to meet new families and watch their enjoyment grow as the season progresses.

Sue has held many positions over the years including committee positions at NEBA & club level, representative organiser and scorer, plus Mother Hen to name a few.

Sue’s experience in Accounts is a great asset to NEBA as Treasurer.
